Course Enrollment and Cancellation

  • Enrollment Process: To enroll in our courses, you may complete the registration process through our website or by contacting us directly. Your spot in the course is secured once payment is received. We strive to make the enrollment process as straightforward as possible and are here to assist you if needed.
  • Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel your enrollment, please inform us at least 72 hours before the course begins to receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the course begins may incur a cancellation fee to cover administrative costs. We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise and will do our best to accommodate your needs.
  • Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule a course, please do so at least 48 hours before the scheduled start time. While we will try to accommodate your request, rescheduling is subject to availability. We recommend planning to ensure you can attend your desired course.

Equipment Purchases

  • Ordering: Orders for emergency equipment are subject to availability and may be adjusted based on stock levels. We will notify you of any changes to your order and work to resolve any issues promptly.
  • Returns and Exchanges: We accept returns or exchanges of equipment within 30 days of receipt. To qualify, items must be returned in their original packaging and condition. Custom or personalized items may not be eligible for return. For any issues with your equipment, please contact us for support.
  • Warranties: Safesense sells all equipment with manufacturer warranties. If you encounter any issues covered by warranty, please contact us, and we will assist you in resolving the matter as quickly as possible.

Payment Terms

  • Accepted Payment Methods: We accept various forms of payment, including credit/debit cards and electronic transfers. Payment is required when registering for courses or placing an equipment order.
